Needs major fixes

In order for the itinerary to be accurate, I have to delete the app and reload it every single time I make any sort of change. Otherwise it shows totally outdated dining reservations. The whole system also goes down on a regular basis. Incredibly frustrating, especially give how much Disney relies on its website and app!


Not enhanced for iPhone X

Not updated for iPhone X so the screen is smaller which isn’t the end of the world, but since there is no Touch ID on the iPhone X, signing in every time I want to view or change my WDW plans is very annoying and not helpful. Please update this app to work with Face ID or another work around to stop having to log in separately all the time.

Lost a dinner reservation

I had been stalking the app for days trying to get a reservation at Ohana for my trip next month. I just check the app and- score! Ohana for 16 people on a night I am there! I whipped out my credit card to hold the table, input all of the information and it wouldn’t let me reserve because it kept telling me to “correct my billing address”. I check it over and over and there was nothing inaccurate about the address I input. But then I realized, perhaps, it’s because when I got the app a few years ago I had a different address. Except there was no way I could change that info on the account without letting that reservation go ? I probably took 30 seconds total to change the address info and by the time I rechecked for that table it was completely GONE! I’m SO frustrated! Super super lame!

Gave away all my data and the ticket purchase in the app didn’t connect the ticket with the purchase. Spent all the time and no benefit of purchasing in advance. That said, map with wait times is excellent. Let’s see if they’re accurate...

Ladies room just inside the gate had three paper towel dispensers, and two of them were empty. It’s too cold to go outside with wet hands right now. Park wasn’t too crowded, and we had a great time overall.


IPhone X Compatibility?

Love the app. Great functionality and it’s certainly saved what was pretty rough beginnings for MyMagic+. Only one issue right now, I have to log in every single time I access the app. That’s rather annoying, if it’s necessary, at least activate Face ID for IPhone X users that no longer have access to Touch ID.


Great on tablet not so much on phone

So we are getting ready to go to Disney Wold with some friends in another state. We thought this app would be a great way to link up our reservations and make plans together. I’ve tried to use this on my phone and none of our reservations are linking up, but they all link up properly on my tablet. I’m glad that this app works right on one of my devices I just wish it were my phone because I don’t plan on carrying my tablet around with me when we get to Disney World! This is frustrating and irritating. I would give this app a better rating if it ran more consistently on both of my devices.
