fastpass didnt work

500 dollars to go to disney world for the day, app wont recognize our tickets so we couldnt use fastpass, had to go on standby for every ride with a ten month old. thanks disney.
Would be awesome if it worked.

Planned our Fast Passes weeks in advance before our vacation and then the day we arrive the app doesn’t work. It’s missing our fast passes, our group, everything is missing. The only thing that worked was the wait times.

I’ve been to Disney 15 times. I love it. Every cast member has always been helpful and polite. Today however I have experienced nothing by extremely rude cast members. Now, I get it, it’s cold. We all are but there is no need for this behavior. At the starlight diner I politely asked the cashier if the half chicken had olive oil or gluten on it. She replied with a huff and a puff and said, “I have idea! You need to stand over her and wait.” Then made a big deal about how I have food allergies and I’m the reason the line is being held up (to the next customers). I do NOT appreciate being singled out in front of everyone and being hugged at puffed at. My allergies already alienate me. I don’t need to feel alienated in the happiest place in the world! On a positive note the manager came over and was very sweet. I love Disney. Please don’t make a scene when I have food allergies. Thank You!

If only the 180+ minute wait times were accurate (or any of the time limits for that matter). Cutting is expected which only adds to the already ridiculous wait. There is no regulation for people standing in line and employees let whole families cut through the line. It is ridiculous.

Line for everything. I’m no talking about rides. I mean everything. The “cast members” are totally unprofessional.

This is a magical app, it helps so much. While managing 4 children and a kid At heart husband it makes traveling throughout the parks efficient and we get to explore more than usual.
This is ridiculous

Every time I try to see the photopass pictures I have to reload the app like 25 times if not more to get to see the new ones. Unbelievable!
