Great app but where is iPhone X support???

Heavily use the app for trip planning, managing room & dining reservations, fast passes, magic bands, etc. Very comprehensive app however with all that functionality every inch of screen space needs to be optimized. It has been over two months since the iPhone X launched and there is still no support for the larger screen. My only other complaint is that the app is frequently sluggish when pulling up existing plans or searching for new dining reservations.

We used this exclusively when we went to Disney world in 2016. Now, trying to use it for our trip this year and nothing but problems. Constant crashing. Slow. I cancelled a reservation using the app and it said I had to call to cancel. Then, I called and they said the reservation was cancelled with app. I then changed the reservation, but the app still shows old reservation. When I go to the website, it actually lists both reservations. It’s all messed up. Before updates were made, this was 10 times easier.

Made my visit 100% easier to navigate. From finding my room to ride & restaurant locations, the turn by turn directions were amazing.

This app has it all just a couple click here and a couple click there and your vacation planning is complete. You can use for fast passing, as a map or even plan dinner and find closes bathroom. The app has it all

To get estimate times and to see where everything is location this app works fine. It would be great to see if Disney incorporates the bus waiting times into the app too!

Accessing fast pass should be easy. It’s quite difficult and once you do access the fast pass you can hardly get on any rides.
