It's a really good app I just downloaded and it automatically shows me how much my balance is and the date when is due is great I really love it

Just one thing I’d like to get changed. I know I have unlimited data but I’d like to know how much I use if you could add a way to tell that would be amazing.

App does what it needs to do if I can make to suggestions it would be to show the monthly hotspot usage on the iOS version because it’s not shown but it is on android and also to make a 3D Touch shortcut on the app iConv and have it show some useful information such as due date and hotspot usage. Thanks for your response. Not Touch ID, but 3D Touch shortcuts. Google for example if you must. Keep me updated. Thank you.

It’s a good app.. would really wish the usage section was more efficient and wish there was an area where I can report where I get bad service that way you guys can work on the towers in the area .

Hotspot usage

On my Android it always shows my hotspot usage but in iPhone it doesn’t show. Hope y’all can fix this please

Basically every time I stop using the app and check back on it later I have to sign in again. Sometimes if I made a payment, it doesn’t subtract it from what I owe and it doesn’t appear on my balance. So I log off and re sign in when this happens and it fixes the issue. Thanks for your quick response on this matter.
