The employees and management at the Reisterstown store are great! What I did not like is that when I switched to an iPhone, I was sold a refurbished phone (without knowing, I assumed it was new) and when the keys did not work unless I pressed down very hard, or sometimes not at all, I returned it and had same thing happen with 2nd phone, just not quite as bad. Then I was told I could not switch back to android where that offer was for a brand new phone! Now I am stuck with a phone that doesn’t work well until I can afford to switch over to Android and get a new phone that works for a lot more money! I think customers should be told about how they can’t switch if they don’t like something and also that what they are getting was not a brand new phone in the first place!

I am unable to text while on the phone. Other than. That it’s okay. Wait, also, traveling, I may lose service. You turned my phone off after I made a payment. I added a feature after payment and the computer stated I will pay $7 extra on my next bill. Yet, although I was current minus the new feature, you turned my service off within 2 days. Not Kool!? Okay, its a new day since I wrote the comment above. When I apparently used all my data for the hotspot it messed up my phone use. I was unable to log into My Boost. That was annoying. I wanted to chat to see if I could buy more services or something. It is okay because apparently you do not value your long term customers. Today you should be unlocking my fully paid phone. We dont have to know what will be next. Peace and Blessings!
