I have tried redownloding, removing sim, restarting phone, only using cellular network and I haven’t been able to connect to login. I need to check my data usage but the new and old app don’t work along with #111#

Some of the worst service ever would not recommend half the staff doesn’t know anything about the plans and carrier details. Get hung up on every time they can’t answer one of my questions in customer service. All around just a bad cell service provider. They definitely have some work to do

We have been calling because our phones haven’t been working right for the past 2 months everytime my payment is due I pay it I have 4 phones with yal and 3 of them half works at time it was never like this before I just can’t believe how it has changed here lately
Automatic payment

I set up automatic payment and received notice that the payment would process a few days prior to the due date. After the due date passed, my phone was disconnected and yet the credit was there in black and white. I was told to make another payment and the original payment was not refunded to me and stayed on my account. HORRIBLE PAYMENT SYSTEM
Minutes being used for spam calls

I have asked several times that all spam calls be blocked from my phone but calls are still eating up my minutes. If this cannot be corrected I will have to look for another carrier.
