Pay as u go expire date wrong

Checked my grandfathered pay as you go phone plans for my wife & I, said funds expire today so quickly added more, then realized later 90 days not due yet. After new funds still shows today although web version shows October.

The app was down for at least 8hrs I couldn’t pay my bill at all! A NOTIFICATION OF A HEADS UP WOULD OF HELPED!!! ????♀️

It’s so simple and easy to navigate. I pay my bill, check my data, and call history in a matter of seconds. Great app.

The man at the store on 50 center said I was gong get a 10 dollar discount but that clearly was a story and where did the extra 2 dollars get added from it was only supposed to be 100 but is 102 boost starting to get over and so is these stores
