Not that great of coverage.
cant afford sprint
I spent a month in humbolt county and didn’t get any service and wasn’t able to roam. There are spots where I live and travel where the service is bad.

I have no problem with the service. What even better is that if I miss a payment I still get my important calls (and text too) come in. No matter what.

Add-ons don’t really work

I’m currently in México and the paid for the add on that gives me service in Mexico and it is not working. Im on a major city where I would expect boost would have coverage

I have the app. It worked for awhile but now it stopped working. All I get is error trying to load page and I’m connected to WiFi ....

I have had nothing but stellar service with the employees in-store, corporate work, no dropped calls, coverage everywhere I go.... app is easy to use and offers a variety of things to do.

Sometimes I can’t get a signal and the premium ID never worked. I got tired of trying to get it right. The people on the phones are not very knowledgeable. I am stuck with this for a year.
