Need’s update for IPhone X.

The app is awesome but needs update for iPhone X like devices.

Great but desperately needs update

Please update

Syncing across devices in an issue

Dave-A-Rooney

So, I’ve been using this app for a while now and while it’s great to quickly capture ideas, I’m finding that the sync to other iOS devices is not working as smoothly as it should. On my 2nd iOS device, it has to re-sync all recordings from iCloud when I open it - some, it doesn’t seem to ever fully sync...

Electric Guitar Heaven

I have had an electric guitar for about a year now. If you place you iPad next to your amp with auto on, you get awesome recordings. This app defiantly is great for those who don’t want to pay for a guitar interface. I get great audio quality. Apple definitely did a great job on this.

Maybe next time put in something that shows users how to use the app

Shoob512

I didn’t have it for too long because I couldn’t find how to use it. There’s no tutorial and I can’t understand how to use the guitar and drum set. I also can’t upload audio and for some reason anytime I tried to edit a video it created a new copy which is really stupid because when you edit something like a background noise out you generally don’t want to keep the original. That’s the point of editing. I might have missed something but there’s no way for me to learn the stupid controls (all 5 of them!) I might re-download the app if I can figure out what the heck I’m supposed to do with it but I would rate it 0 stars if I could because that’s how much I was able to accomplish on it. I guess 1 star makes more sense because of the hour of time I wasted on it and how long I used it before deleting it. This app is literally just voice memos except they think that because they can detect pitch they’re totally different. I personally think it’s complete garbage and it’s really hard to describe it without cussing.

Saving files

mars3210

As far as I can tell all files are saved locally on the device used. It would be a great option to be able to save to my cloud. Music files are large and sending them to my cloud is slow and awkward

Great for sketching out music ideas

Prior to using this app i was using the voice memos because i didn't know about this app. When I found out about this app I was eager to give it a try. I grabbed my fender hellcat and played a riff I've been playing for quite some time. I loved how it automatically added bass and drums to the riff. I thought that was the fullest extent of the app until I went to share a musical idea. When I saw that you can upload this directly to GarageBand I was overjoyed. I love how the drummer and bass player also get transferred to GarageBand. What I would like to see is a section where you can basically tab your song manually because the app doesn’t always get the chord right other then that this app rocks ?

This is so worth any dollar amount for the creativity that it puts out. I can’t believe the recording quality. If I Record on my phone and take it to my car with a bigger bass system and play the bass and drums in time it sounds like I recorded with the full band. That is the best. And im not Just saying this because me and my daughter recorded a really good song on it tonight. I’ve had it for about 2 months now. The only Change would be sometimes being able to fire the bass player and drummer that would be great. Wink wink.

Please add the ability to play memos in background

MikeP916

I think this app is great, the only issue that sometimes makes me end up using other apps instead is that you can’t listen to the memos in the background while using a different app. I use this tool for songwriting and I really need to be able to listen back to my recordings while working on lyrics in Notes. Adding that feature would make this a perfect 5-star app

Love it

Just needs t work a little smoother.
