The concept os good, but its not working. It stores all recordings in cloud and there is no option to change that! interface is designed for iphone 7 and it looks so bad on latest iphones!
Great interface, but cannot group ideas well

Great app, and love the simple interface! However any active songwriter knows you can get a lot of different ideas for a song at different times and it’s unfortunate that this app does not provide a good way to group ideas, like a folder structure. The tagging ability is a good step in that direction but does not really end up being useful in practice. Besides that love the interface and everything else.
Perfect app for quickly capturing song ideas before they go

I love this app and highly recommend it for songwriters. It allows you to quickly capture a song idea without a lot of fuss and before the moment has gone. I have used other means in the past but they were either too slow or cumbersome. Since I started using this I have built up a nice inventory of ideas to work on. I like the cloud connectivity that secures my song ideas and allows me access everywhere I go. I also like the chord detection and simple bass and drum parts that it can add if you wish. Later on I can import a Music Memos idea to GarageBand and refine it from there. Thanks Apple!
Useful, but so frustrating to use

You have an idea and you want to get it recorded before you lose it. Music Memos is a terrible app for this if you have a lot of ideas. Its insistence on syncing tracks in the foreground before it will let you record sinks this app’s usability. To Apple: Why do you guys make it so hard to stay in the Apple ecosystem with your basic apps??? If it’s meant for beginners then I’d really appreciate and pay money for a pro version on my phone. The organizational aspects of the app are better than any other. If they can fix the performance they’ll have a good app that I’d pay money for. But until then I am looking elsewhere.

I really like the app but it would be great if you added a metronome feature and the ability to manually adjust the tempo. The auto band gets it a lot of the time but sometimes it misses. Especially when using delays.

All my voice notes that I use on this app begin with me shouting at the app to open and start, it takes so long to start recording or to do anything on it - there’s always a 5-10 second lag time and it completely interrupts and kills whatever idea I had that I was trying to record. I’ve been using it for a few months now and have hundreds of blank 0 second recordings from pressing the record button and it taking a MINUTE to start recording - so close to being great but so frustrating If you fixed this lag time, this app would be perfect. But as it stands, it’s kinda garbage.
Worst application. Apple doesn’t care about its users anymore.

USERS BEWARE!!! I have lost 36 recordings and song ideas due to the failure of the app to load. Switched to this application thinking it would be better than a standard voice memo but I was wrong. Apple has stopped caring for its customers in favor of the all mighty dollar.
No icon on my screen

Downloaded this app just now and cant find the icon on my screen. Check my setting and shows it was downloaded. In order for me to use the app I gave to search it on app store and open or go to setting and look it up with the rest of the apps. Now i want to remove this app but no options to do that. Help how to remove this app?
