Please fix this

There's a glitch where I'll record a few things and one or two of them just won't play or if i press play it plays a different recording. And im losing my mind

Useful app, but why so slow?

Julk0ng

I love using the app, but my only problem is that it's slow. I don't have auto-record on so when I tap the button I expect it to record immediately, which it doesn't always do. Same with accessing the saved recordings. I tap the icon and expect to immediately see a list of songs, but it takes like two seconds. And again with playing a saved recording. The two second delay doesn't sound like a lot, but when you're used to instant apps these days, it's kind of turn off to have a delay.

I use this every single day!

Best recorder I've found. No complaints.

Great app for music makers

Scotttheflyerguy

I love the app I just wish you could cut threw the songs track other than the beginning and end. I can't save the song to my other apps it's not drop box ready. Other than that I've already spent too much time with it ?

Love it!

Even better than before!

Too many crushes

If you use this app for something serious, don't use it. It often crashes, leaving you with nothing recorded. Apple needs to be a bit more serious about this service.

Solid, Awesome, Must Buy App for Acoustic Guitar Players

YouCrazyPug

I was surprised by how great this app was. The recent update is continuing the trend by allowing the use of Bluetooth headphones! Nice to know they are actively adding smart needed features. Bluetooth is nice when recording and listening back with out an annoying chord getting in the way. I downloaded this app originally for the drums automatically syncing to my original acoustic guitar songs I have been playing for years. I have played acoustic guitar for about 8 years now but never got around to learning to play drums. Over the course of years using music recording software it has always been a challenge to add drums to an original song I played and getting the timing right. I have found the drums in Music Memo to be accurate probably 90% to 95% of the time, which is good. It has been very cool and rewarding to finally here some of my original acoustic guitar songs with drums and a bass backing them. The app is very user friendly. All you do is hit record and play a song with your guitar using the iphone or iPads built in mic or a midi/audio box. When your done just tap the drum icon, and boom your song just became a bit more real. You can also hit the bass icon and add the bass with the ability to see each individual note throughout the song in waveform. To be fair I have found that the bass is consistently inaccurate on matching the chords I played on my acoustic guitar and for some reason tends to be more accurate when played using the standard mic on the iPhone or iPad rather then plugging into a midi/audio box. In a way I don't mind the bass notes not matching b/c the app makers have thought of everything allowing you to change each individual bass note and correct any inaccurate notes. That is very helpful to make it sound right and is also cool because you can experiment with different chords variations such as using a Am7 verse using a standard Am. I just worked it into my routine knowing I will have to go through and fix the bass notes, but that's a small price to pay considering you get a AI bass player doing runs and sounding authentic. With all that you have a well designed app for shaping fuller sounding songs, bringing new life to them. Also allows for exporting through any standard route, email, one drive, iCloud Drive, GarageBand, etc. P.S. Exporting to GarageBand transfers everything including drums, and bass for fine tuning and finishing production your song.
