I have an iPhone XS Max and lg fj5 speaker and app doesn’t not working it’s telling me to connect Bluetooth when it is connected already with the iPhone.....this app has a major bug to be fixed

App doesn’t work for iPhone 7plus either. Worked like a mf for Android. Please fix like ASAP. This is a must for some of us that likes to use one device to power or sync everything. Ijs tho.

I’m connected to the PK7 model via Bluetooth. When I open the app it asks me to connect. There’s isn’t anything else I can do. I’m sending the speaker back. The sound is inferior by far to any speaker I’ve ever owned. To not be able to customize the sound is a deal breaker! Please don’t purchase the speaker or the app!

I have the LG CM4550 and this app does nothing. When I open it, it literally just stays on one screen and says connect to product. Can’t click anything. Can do anything. Pretty lame.

Simple as that it doesn’t work. It tells me to connect to bt dice e which is already connected. Waste of space on my phone. It worked before now it is trash, tried deleting and downloading again, still doesn’t work.

just trying to update firmware. app doesn’t launch. tells me I need to connect to bluetooth and then crashes... phone is connected to device so not sure what the deal is.
