I bought an lg rk7 and the manual send me to this app, after some time downloading it I finally opened it but I can’t use it. I connected the speaker as the app said but it still says its not connected this app doesn’t work. Only normal Bluetooth works. If a picture is needed for proof I can send it.

Loaded app after connecting speaker to Bluetooth but app locks up waiting for me to connect the connected speaker. Pretty useless app, needs to be updated and maybe will work

App is pretty useless. Can’t even use the app with my LG xboom RK7. Although my speaker is connected to my Bluetooth, the app is just stuck on the home screen and pretty much unusable. When so many users are complaining about the unusability of the app, still no fix?? Baffling. What is the point of even making an app when you can’t support it???
Will not work, does not link to sound bar.

Thought this would a cool feature on my iPhone 10r but it’s a dud. Will not go past the pair a device but I’m am paired to my LG sound bar, not sure why it won’t work but I’m getting rid of the app until there’s a new version not interested.
As usual LG app does not work

I have a LGTV, LG Sound Bar, Two Music Flow H7 speakers and a H3 speaker that I have NEVER been able to sync up and play at the same time. Individual there great but for home theater they have to be the worst product on the market
