Can we please get a better app?

I use this app daily to stream shows from the morning through evening. I can only get Morning Joe going about half of the time. I’m lucky if it loads at any other time either, although then I’ll surely be dealing with incessant buffering and skips forwards and backward even when it does! Please fix this app! The news is frustrating enough AS IS without these glitches.
Please fix.

What happened to this app? It used to be pretty good - Now only a rotating circle. Cannot get live broadcasts or On Demand. Please fix.
From bad to worse

Constantly crashing. Casting to TV results in “Sorry, there was an error with your device”. No, the error was the app itself. As others have stated, it’s not MY internet connection. I’m not quite sure which, if any, bugs were fixed in this latest update. But I can say there’s several new bugs that render this app virtually useless. Uninstalled. Wish I could rate this negative 3 stars.

Rarely do I comment about app performance but I feel compelled to do so here because as a longtime watcher of MSNBC I cannot watch the live feed using the app due to the degraded performance of this upgrade. What's going on with the video? I was willing to suffer through repetitive commercials but for all the reasons listed by others the app is useless. Who was on the team for this latest upgrade? Ann Coulter and Sean Hannity? Update: Last night another upgrade to the app was posted citing minor bug fixes. Are the developers of this seriously flawed app even reading the negative feedback and poor ratings? The video doesn't work! The app isn't functional.

I loved being able to use this app but somewhere along the line it’s quality has diminished to the point of making it unusable.

Your app is BROKEN! It happened about a week ago. Video stream freezes, packets get mixed up so that the sequence jump around. I reinstalled the app. Tried on iPad, iPhone. The same. It’s broken from your side. Please GET IT FIXED. We cannot watch at current condition. It’s NOT working!
