I have fought with this app for several years. Today I had to delete it & reinstall it (again)...and I still can’t watch my favorite MSNBC shows. It just wont play them....I hit LIVE & nothing. The app freezes all the time & makes me sign in every few weeks. Please fix this app!!!

The latest update is terrible. Takes forever to load - when it actually does. Usually takes quitting out of the app and rebooting a few times. Freezes at every commercial break requiring rebooting. If you receive a text or phone call, forget about resuming the feed. Yup - reboot. I have the latest IOS and a 10s phone and every other app I have streams perfectly. And yes ive deleted and re-downloaded the app several times. The old format wasn’t much better - but this one is a pain. Hope you can find the code glitches. There’s got to be a ton of them.
Broken - Now Unusable — Screen Resizes Incorrectly

01/13/2020 - Sad support from this last update. It has been a month with no corrections or acknowledgement of the problems. It just doesn’t work. 12/23/19 - Broken - Now Unusable: The app opens but will NOT play a live stream or recorded program. Just broken. I have used this app for the past year and it has been great, but it is now totally unusable. It is very sad. I am on an iPad Pro A1701 on iOS 13.3.1. People - don’t use this until it is working, you will just be disappointed. 12/18/19 - Screen Resizes Incorrectly: This new app version starts correctly but then immediately after zooms in, cutting off the sides the image to roughly a 3:4 image. I have looked but see no way of changing that in the settings. Very frustrating. Please fix.

Just read the other reviews. Do not think being redundant will help- the APP is a disgrace. Impossible STILL to get live. I don't need a streaming APP for broadcast history. SHAME!

I am a big fan of MSNBC but the app on apple is designed for television subscribers only excluding a large part of America. Sadly this allows Fox News to spread their propaganda with no recourse. If you want your message out there make it available to us all.

Here’s the current experience: -Open app...watch (ahhhh)... -Return a friend’s text, go back to MSNBC app...see black screen...restart....restart again...watch (ahhhhh). -Commercial break...app freezes...restart app....watch (ahhhhh). This is the best news channel. Every anchor/host is professional enough to be NBC’s Nightly News anchor, yet still seem cool people I’d totally hang out with.... I love Nicole Wallace, she’s so quick on her feet & has the BEST discussions on her show! Is it on demand yet? I gave up looking for it. C’mon we’re rooting for you MSNBC....help us love you.

Saying I hate this new update is a major understatement. With the previous version, I could navigate away from the live stream, come back and hit play and it would continue to play. Now, I have to shut the app down completely and reopen it. This is the worst

Once it finally starts, DO NOT PAUSE! There is no getting the feed back. You have to reboot the app and pray the feed starts again. So disappointing because this is the manner I get the news.
