Always Re-Installing the App

Live Video regularly freezes - I have to switch to radio broadcasts of MSNBC International if I really want to follow one of the shows. (The rebroadcasts stream okay, but I’d rather not watch a News show that’s 12 hours Old!)

The amount of commercials on this app when trying to watch live tv is amazing. I literally let 15 minutes go by before giving up. I had missed the show I tuned in to finish!! Uninstalling for now

Have to log in each and every time you want to watch. Freezes repeatedly. Totally useless and clearly the owners of app have to interest in improving performance. Really unfortunate as many of use have cut the cable and choose to stream, will have to get my news from another source.

I can rely on it to freeze or shut down within 10 minutes. I rarely get through a 30 minute show without restarting the show or app at least 4x. Please fix because I want to watch MSNBC!

I’m really happy it supports Chromecast, But sometimes if I switch away from the app the Chromecast stream stops. It supposed to work that way. Once the Chromecast device starts streaming it’s supposed to operate independently.
Can’t handle ads
I like type
I often watch with Apple TV, live. It seems the app cannot effectively load ads and loses the connection to the TV. When the app switches back to the phone, it doesn’t load to the phone, and I need to reload the app. Then, when the program comes on it is running one ad, and I switch it to the TV, there is a different ad. Something in this is causing the app to fail, over and over again. Please fix this.

This app has the WORST performance of any app on my phone. Inconsistent in streaming. Buffers more than allows you to watch. Not worth the download until it’s bugs are fixed....I’ll stick with the CNN app, thx!
Frequently miss my msnbc program on cable

My go to app in the a.m.! Truthfully, I am so happy to have this app on my phone. I don’t like missing my news programs! Thus, the app is the best of insurance that I have purchased on a day to day basis. Dr Mkh

Worst App ever! Freezes/Buffers CONSTANTLY!!! Can’t follow a segment because it keeps buffering, so when it does connect, you don’t know what the segment was about! Extremely Frustrating! Come on MSNBC, look at the star rating! Do something to make this a better App! Love Rachel Maddow, Joy Reid, Nicolle Wallace,Ari Melber, Lawrence O’Donnell & so many other MSNBC guest commentators!
