Confirmation pasword

Got an iPhone 8+. Synced from I tunes but data is not there. Can’t restore from email because app wants a “confirmation password” not my password! Using iOS 11 Why is this not mentioned on your website?


Does it only sync to cloud?

I've used this program for a few years now, and it works very good as a password locker. Still unsure about new version even though I bought a license, so I will be using this one for a while.

I used for about 7 years, then paid for an “upgrade” that did not have many of the features from the old versions. Has not kept up with competitors. And virtually no communication from the company.

This app no longer works well syncing with cloud services and is buggy. I was a loyal user for seven years too bad. The reviews overtime have fallen like a rock! BEWARE.

I relied on this software for years. I had dozens of passwords and data in it. I got a new phone and couldn’t open the app with Touch ID. It had been so long I couldn’t figure out the password by the hint. I had no idea this was the case or I wouldn’t have turned in my old phone. Everyone needs to know there is NO WAY of resetting the password with this software. All my backups are useless because they are protected with my password I can’t figure out. This company has little to no support. No phone numbers, just a bulletin board. I posted my problem and got a snarky reply which essentially said we can’t help you, too bad for you. I am giving up and looking for another solution. I’m definitely not giving this company any more of my money for the new version after seeing the negative comments. Stay away!
