This use to be a great app. Used it for 6 years; however, I have lost all my passwords twice in the past two months. Can’t find any help. Don’t trust it

After being an mSecure user for years I switched to LastPass a few months ago. The misinformation coming from msecure's own blog was a huge red flag that something was amiss.

I have been using this app for years. Now that the desktop version requires Windows 10, I cant backup my data, nor retrieve backups if I should need to replace my mobile device (which is the problem I’m facing right now). I’m very disappointed that they have removed support for other versions of Windows and now I must find a new password manager because I will not let one application force me to upgrade to a terrible OS that broke my system in such a way that I had to do a clean install of an older OS just to get it working again. It’s a shame, because this app was everything I needed it to be but since I can’t rely on backup files anymore, it’s useless. **previous review** We have passwords for everything, different places have different character requirements, some prompt you to change frequently. It's a wonder anyone can remember anything! This app is fantastic. It's easy to keep your login credentials straight and to edit when passwords change. I rely on this app, I recommend it to everyone, it is worth every cent.

I have used this app for years and loved it. However that changed when they decided to go with a new version and I would have to pay for the new one. Either that or stick with this outdated dying app. No thanks. Left for 1Password and haven't looked back since.

I originally moved to this app from Splashworks when they went to a subscription based proprietary server to manage my data. After a short period of time MSecure decided to go with the same model as Splashworks. After all of the configuration changes , and manual input of data, I had to pack it all up and move to another app. This time I chose DataVault it is everything (currently) that Splashworks and mSecure used to be before they figured out that they needed more of your money. The stand alone app without a secure and trusted cloud to backup and synchronize between mobile devices is not good enough in 2018. Dropbox is my service choice because I believe they have the most vested in keeping data secure and readily available. It's what they do. The app that links my data to their services (currently DataVault) is the one I want. See ya down the road mSecure.

This app is very good but if you like apps that update frequently find yourself a whole different app because this company is very very very very slow on updates.
Recently began crashing after entering unlock code

I’ve used this app for years on iPhone & Mac, but recently the app began crashing after entering the passcode or finger print and now i can’t access my passwords. The integrations with iOS do work still, so at least when that’s an option, I can still use it. Great option for keeping track of all your info when it is working!
You need to fix the following:

You need to fix your auto copy function. You need to fix account scrolling. You need to find out why accounts are missing within the app. You need to fix the way you save snapshots. You need to allow us to back up to our iCloud account and not msecure cloud. You need to allow us to WiFi sync like the old msecure. I should not have to tell the folks at msecure what is wrong with their app. They should figure it out and immediately fix it! I used to love your app. Anyone who is happy with this app the way it is never saw the old msecure. What are you all doing there at msecure?!? If it was easy to switch to another app I would do it in a heartbeat.
