I updated and now I can't log in. The app freezes when I put in my password.

Wiped app on update

Running iOS 9 with latest update. Upon install, it did not complete installation and I had to reboot. I switched on my phone and the app (and my database) was gone. Fortunately I have a desktop backup, but for a security app, this is unacceptable. 09.20.2017 - one star rating remains as the app has yet to implement (despite promises by developers for many months) to restore wifi backup. Today I fully transitioned to a new security app that lets me do that. I am done with MSecure. Time to delete this app for good!

It just works...

I used another product for many years and was becoming frustrated with repeated crashing of their app. Plus I had to pay for a cloud subscription to sync between all my devices. Instead,mSecure version 4 has been rock solid. And its ability to sync through Dropbox is seemless, allowing me to sync between a Mac, Windows, iPhone and iPad. If you need to sync across multiple devices, and you already have Dropbox or Box, then mSecure is very cost effective and reliable. Kudos to mSecure developing a great product.

Fix The Bugs!!!

With the latest version the header is in the way of my passwords in A. I can get the list to roll down and stay down so I can open A. Same thing happens with Z on the bottom.

My Essential Most Used App

Thank you for making this iOS 11 Compatible!! It’s still freezing up a bit. Keep working it. ******************************************* Update review: Thank you for still keeping the bug fixes coming. This is still my "go-to" for ALL Password management needs. I'm not a fan of version 5 yet so until some changes are made over there, I'll continue to use this one. ****************************************** This has been mine & my husband's password manager for 5 years now! It continues to improve and has never failed me. I'd be lost without it. Syncs across my devices beautifully with iCloud. Love that I can customize icons, groups & types. The grouping is one of the best features. Created the ones that make the most sense to me instead of being forced to use stock ones as with other apps of this nature. I feel safe with the encryption level. I can also email a restore backup to myself as an extra precaution which works beautifully.

I pre-ordered months ago the v2 update ( which failed to work), to see now it being offered for free of the iOS 11 update. No trust anymore:(

Loved it and now they are charging me again and removing functionality. Look elsewhere!

Was great -- then dropped DropBox sync

ilya239

Was great (see original review below). But now dropped its key feature, not storing everyone's passwords in one place that's sure to attract hackers :(( Original review: Have used this for a long time. Syncing between platforms works well. Supports TouchID, has built-in browser. Does not use a central online repository that would attract hackers. Responsive support. Wish it would clear a password from the clipboard after use.

Good cross platform data safe.

Unfortunately Dropbox no longer works and they have required iOS 9.3 now so I cannot update the app anymore as I needed less than iOS 9.3 support. So I can no longer sync across my devices. Previously. The Dropbox support is nice so I can use it on all platforms. Works good but I did have to go edit the profiles to turn off auto-correct on a lot of them. I don't want my secure data as part of auto-correct cache.
