Slow and has very little function

This app is slow to respond. It takes a while to load a portfolio or analyst reports. It also have very little function compared to what is available on the web page. The only thing I find it useful for is having a quick look at where the markets are or where my portfolio is from a big level only, no details.
Sketchy cancellation process

I realized today that I would have had to call the company during business hours to cancel. For some reason this tech company couldn’t just put a cancel button in their app like every other legitimate site. The email support link doesn’t work either. Really disappointed with their service so far. I’ll update once I get in touch with them if they resolve this.
Mobile portfolio app

I am a new premium customer and I love the mobile portfolio app. It even provides the updates of the value of my individual stocks in dollars . This does not happen on my desktop portfolio tracker. That causes me to use the old yahoo portfolio on my desktop. Please update the desktop tracker to show the dollar value throughout the day.

With a name like MorningStar you expect a lot more content. What you get is a watered down news feed and a top ten list of nothing. Why bother even putting your name on a app ? No ability to research !

Main Shortcoming: Can’t edit dollar amounts in cash ($$) accounts. I consider this to be a significant deficiency. Otherwise, the platform is useful.
