Can’t create an account

I try to create an account with my email, but it says it’s already an account, so I try to go through the forgot password process. No email sent to my account, and the email support button doesn’t do anything.

Congratulations! You have magically transformed a useful, intuitive, mobile tool into a cumbersome chunk of bloat ware. Why? The new 3.0.0 app is a memory hog and slow as molasses. App developers need to remember Military Rule 1: KISS. Keep it simple, Stupid!
decent, but missing some features

Pretty good app. Would like to be able to access the “My Performance” information from the mobile app, and it would be nice if the fund performance charts were more customizable
New to Using the App

Just got a new iPad and set this up. Don’t recall using it before since I prefer my 32 inch monitor for financial matters. That said, I was disappointed that I could not view my entire portfolio.
Besides the morning star rating, no useful info

Needs a to more details and info to be useful. Slow and clunky. Take time to open app.
