Head gear/hair glitch

I don’t see this problem listed, but anything for the head in gameplay is not correctly on the head it’s like floating behind it or in front but it’s not placed on my character's head

8 yr player here experienced in all these complaints. If you start a new account, join an active faction!! You will never catch the gold-slingers at the top; but will quickly accumulate faction rewards that make you competitive and useful to your team. That’s why there are all these awesome old players that rightly troll the quirky features. They like the game, because they like each other so much; as teammates, rivals or both! The sun never sets on our global faction of great peeps and longtime players. We are a top 150 team that generally doesn’t buy any extra gold!

Was great. Now it just crashes

I’ve played this for years. Literally. Never paid a penny for anything and just patiently waited rather than paying for upgrades. I was part of a faction that was regularly in the top 25 for several years. I enjoyed it. But the developers really haven’t changed anything since 2015. Same old, same old. Nothing new. But I kept with it even after most of the faction members dropped out in 2018. I ran thru every single level of play and exhausted it all. I still played. Then in April 2019 the developers made some small change to the program and now it just crashes after 30-40 seconds. I have reached out to them for help and have only heard crickets. In short. Not worth the time and certainly not worth any money.

New user and data access policy

I’ve played this game for 6 years. Can’t accept the new “user and data access policies”. It’s states specifically, that they can access to your camera, Bluetooth, phone, contacts, usb (and manipulate the data on usb devices) and get every piece of your identity from Facebook, your device, and network. It’s become an “over the top” data miner. There’s no way my team and I are gonna do that. We’re gone.

Still frustrated

Game kicks me out repeatedly. iPad play has become frustrating. iPad play is nearly impossible. Game crashes repeatedly. I also play on my iPhone which does not give me this experience. Attempted App support using the App Store link and was directed to a web page that was not available. Has support ceased for this App?

Bait and switch glitch filled disaster!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION! Gree and Deca are the worst gaming companies on the planet! Most updates are bug filled disasters. They start and then stop events because even they had to concede "the events were not working as intended." The constant lagging and freezing prevents people from participating in events and appears to be purposely designed to cause inadvertent in game purchases due to the strategic placement of oversized money spending buttons. Just recently started an event THAT COULD NOT BE DONE! Customer service is horrible! On the very few occasions they even bother to answer "tickets," the answer is unresponsive, meaningless and nasty. They then threaten to block you for following up with your original unanswered complaint. DECA has picked up right where GREE left off. There is MINIMAL customer service These companies should be ashamed of themselves! On numerous occasions They pushed out updates proclaiming that serious issues have been "fixed." Not only aren't the issues fixed, they are inevitably made worse by the "cure." The myriad of problems continues to grow ever larger! The programmers could not count their own butt cheeks and get the same number twice. Things are so bad they use the game itself to test programming changes. There is also a pattern of advertising an event award/prize and then changing the prize after it has been earned. This outright theft is usually blamed on a programming error! Bait and switch is a common business practice. No dirty tactic is beneath them. It has become so bad that many top factions and players have boycotted major events. When run by Funzio this was a fun game. Since the game was taken over by Gree the game is an abomination. Gree should change their name to GREEDY. Deca has done nothing to improve the situation. They are merely trying to squeeze the last few dollars out of this game. THE SHIP BE SUNK! Any money spent on this game is wasted. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME! YOU WILL SURELY REGRET IT!

Modern War has fallen off

I’ve been loyal to this game through several tablets and phones. Even through software upgrades and platform/iOS/Androids. The inability for it to load on my apple devices is extremely frustrating. I can’t buy a new building and place it in android because green check mark doesn’t work. I have to buy in iOS and upgrade on android. Now when I go to login from any apple device I get an error that I’m not connected to network or it loads and then greys out. If gree just spent a day or 2 redeveloping this product I think the multiple users would come back or continue to use. IT no longer is a money maker to them because the casual user is unable to maintain attack and defense numbers to compete with daily grinders. I also assume that several of the players/factions I encounter are not even real accounts and not just GREE generated Bots. Please fix and update me when gameplay can resume.

Have played this game forever..if you had a problem support would help...now they don’t even bother answering you. Was a very good game but now is not. Sad...will be deleting and finding something else to amused me....I guess the War is over.
