Years I played put a fare share of money into the game blocked me saying my payments had been fake had cc bills to prove still nothing locked out for no reason

Now they figured out some were hacking the gold in game Update they have accused me of cheating locked my account have no idea y. Won’t answer questions told them I have receipts for everything and sent copies . Finally after setting the punishment they say next week they will look at the evidence? So I stand firmly with my first review do not get involved with these crooks. This company does everything you would not want a gaming company to do. They sold in app materials to players to purchase multipliers for points. Then after much work and money they cut the multiplier to 1/9-1/20 of what it was no refunds no compensation! They also sell the same gold to use in Ap to different players for markedly different prices! Yes folks they r choosing the winners! Do not get involved with this company! GREE international worst glitchy software in the business as well.

Game has changed, need combat power in the trillions to compete, spend days being matched against players double or triple your level. In app purchase options pop up after a series of mandatory OK button clicks, set to the highest charge in the menu. These are not reversible through Apple ID, so be careful. Just not fun any more.

I’ve been playing this game off and on for some time. I stop play regularly due to the fact that it constantly crashes or is very laggy. I don’t know maybe it’s just my phone.

The game was so fun when I 1st started playing, but now it crashes all the time, updates don’t work, and customer service is a joke. They never fix the problems, just collect your money.

I started playing this game 2 months ago it was hard. But after about 2 weeks it got easy and fun. You just have to put some time in it. I didn’t put one doller in this game and I’m over 200 Billon in atk and power

They can’t properly fix this broken game, and instead of investing the players money into properly fixing their broken Service they take it as profit ( look for yourselves it’s public info ) they choose to add more broken events making the issues worse.... people are quitting in droves because they are fed up with the lack of effort on Gree/DECA to correct what they caused. it’s now been years with same broken service and empty promises from game reps... Apple and Android should seriously pull all Gree games from their store until service is properly fixed by a company that can do so... Better yet Gree just pull the plug and turn the lights off, that’s about all you can do without messing it up....

This app should be band by Apple. Game freezes, can’t stay in for than 30 sec. The only way to be competitive is to purchase gold bricks with your own personal money ( to buy boost buildings ). Customer support is non existent, after many emails back & forth, app still freezing. If you can put up with all that, the game is kinda fun, working with team-mates from around the world to achieve a common goal. Bottom line: you won't be competitive with high stats without spending your own hard earned money and with all the other ‘bugs’ this app may not worth the time.
