The last update just made things worse. It takes minutes to load and to perform any functions. They keep telling they are working on all the problems but nothing changes.

This game was really good and I had played it for years. For the past year, things have gone down hill very fast. Game functions don’t work. Support is non existent, they send you to a support forum where there is no info or help. Then they stop responding to messages. Time for a new game. Lag during connection to server and during in game action (which seems like it requires synch to game servers), resulting in game freeze makes it impossible to play this game.

I love this game, and have been at it for years, but I just installed latest update, and now it freezes takes forever to load, etc. Come in, Gree. Get your act together!!!

If there was an option for negative stars this app would get it. Been playing since the games inception before there were factions. Hard core player. I thought they would have to pry my cold dead fingers off the gold button but they have "fixed" it so good you can't even get in to play it anymore. They steal gold for you then "compensate" you by allowing you to buy back what you already won in precious events!!! This is theft pure and simple and they have the nerve to apologize for the misunderstanding!! Misunderstanding??? You did not misunderstand taking my money!!!! My character is worthless now and so is this game

Wow I read the new User Data & Permissions and i was shocked. Why do they need to control my camera, microphone address book? Other app stats? Purchases from all devices etc etc? the list goes on. I have enjoyed this game on 3 different phones and iPad for several years! I will certainly miss playing. I am deleting it from everything today. Not worth the time or money

Not wort the time. The game support is miserable. I’ve put in three requests over the past two months, not so much as let’s see what we can do. Top players are cheating using bots to run their accounts non stop during wars. This is a known issue and nothing is being done about it. Game lags are lengthy still and has continuous drops. Makes playing more than one account very difficult if not impossible.

The recent lag times and predictability of events has really hurt my desire to play the game. The only reason I keep playing is because of the multi-year investment. Too bad, this used to be a really good game that required activity and strategy. Now you just need money!
