Very disappointing

Very disappointed in this game. I’ve been playing for years and over the last year this game has gone to crap!! Servers are crashing and stats and buildings that I’ve bought with gold have disappeared! Customer service is crap and you’ll receive a generic response from gree stating unrealistic request from you.

I’ve been playing MW for 5 years now. The game is now full of bugs and the events don’t run properly. DECA can’t figure out the problems and the issues continued to accumulate. Most long-time players and teams are just functioning as DECA’s free beta testers by playing their numerous short test events. Stay away from this garbage until further notice.

What was once one of the best games available has become stale and very lopsided as well as full of unresolved bugs and issues especially on Apple systems. The basic attack and defense point system of play has gotten skewed so badly that unless you’re willing to invest (and I mean significant real cash), it is no longer possible to compete on a fair and equal field playing for free or with even minimal cash investment anymore.

i have played the game for 7+ years....the game is not worth playing any longer...the original game company sold the game to another complany and the game now has way too many problems to continue playing....events not working right and when you write in about issues the company says they are working on it for months and months and nothing gets corrected.....refunds are not processed. this game has become a total waste of time and money.....find another game to play as this one is dying fast as many players leave now and the new company deca is not correcting things.

Just started playing and I’m only lvl 15, tell me why people have over TRILLIONS of stats and I have 10000? Also why are the events ridiculous? You need to open over 200 tokens for the top prize? Not even the number 1 gold spender has it, also fix this farming B U L L S H I T people level 65 can just keep farming my base and taking all my money like Jesus you guys are terrible creators, also why the H E L L can this M O N K E Y attack me and take my money but when I want to attack back it won’t let me because he is too weak? I swear you have ruined the game, don’t waste your time on this awful game, Update: still no help or response from the devs I’m done with this game I’m not letting anyone farm me anymore

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION! Gree and DeCaro are the worst gaming company on the planet! Most updates are bug filled disasters. They start and then stop events because even they had to concede "the events were not working as intended." The constant lagging and freezing prevents people from participating in events and appears to be purposely designed to cause inadvertent in game purchases due to the strategic placement of oversized money spending buttons. Customer service is horrible! On the very few occasions they even bother to answer "tickets," the answer is unresponsive, meaningless and nasty. Gree laid off a substantial part of their staff including most of the customer service and QA departments. This is undoubtedly because revenues are down due to the terrible product. Deca has picked up right where GREE left off These companies should be ashamed of themselves! On numerous occasions They pushed out updates proclaiming that serious issues have been "fixed." Not only aren't the issues fixed, they are inevitably made worse by the "cure." The myriad of problems continues to grow ever larger! The programmers could not count their own butt cheeks and get the same number twice. Things are so bad they use the game itself to test programming changes. There is also a pattern of advertising an event award/prize and then changing the prize after it has been earned. This outright theft is usually blamed on a programming error! Bait and switch is a common business practice. No dirty tactic is beneath them. It has become so bad that many top factions and players have boycotted major events. When run by Funzio this was a fun game. Since the game was taken over by Gree the game is an abomination. Gree should change their name to GREEDY. Deca has done little to improve the situation. THE SHIP BE SUNK! Any money spent on this game is wasted. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME! YOU WILL SURELY REGRET IT!

Game lag has been an issue for years. They have actually made it worse, recently...if you can believe that. Game is constantly disconnecting from the servers and freezing or crashing. No real fixes are being made. I’m just done with their Bull$hit!! The same issues have ruined a Crime City and Kingdom Age. Avoid ALL games from this developer.

Do not download! do not play! This game is a shell of what it used to be, customer service is horrible and game takes minutes to load, constantly lagging out and crashes honestly the challenges are a joke.

When the game came out u had to worry about what if I lose this thing and the game wasn’t crazy unbalanced at the time were u can’t compete against one and other with out spending money I reamber years ago it was very addictive u had to work for the campaign now it’s handed to you on a silver platter with all the billions of power u get I wish this game didn’t become a grab for money so if ur new stay away it’s glory days r over and their just trying to milk what ever they have left in it and it has made the game less fun but this game is like I said a way for them to make a lot of money and not put the best product out which is sad and so many memories wasted on a game that is bad now
