I gave this a 5 star review when I first saw the iOS version. I used the Android version for years and it has bugs that have never been patched and it lacks features the iOS version has. The iOS version now gets a low rating from me because videos in articles play automatically and it overrides any music or audio app I am already using. Plus, the Twitter inserts in articles still take a long time to load, and make the articles clunky to read. I don't use Twitter, but surely it could be integrated better

Same format as NHL app, which is good, but MLB’s is inferior. Why do some stories require you to hit the “continue reading” button after a couple sentences - didn’t I already open the story?

I am a huge baseball fan so when I can have a app for, highlights, MLB Network, watching the games live ON MY PHONE with all the networks that are streaming it, getting news updates when my favorite player Khris Bryant I’d getting traded away I can be the first to be sad. Also they occasionally give free MLB network coverage when it’s something big! So overall if you like baseball you will love this app!

I like mlb.tv but I won’t be renewing my subscription. I was charged full price in late February & when the season started in July it was being offered to subscribers for $60. No credits for those already charged! Beware of this before automatically renewing your subscription.

I’m deeply sorry that I keep coming back here having to send you guys the same complaint, please forgive me but again, i’ve done every single thing possible since the the last 2 or 3 iOS updates as well MLB app updates, it still has the same problem with the video issue. I’m up to date with iOS software & the MLB app. Every single time I try to open let’s say a recent Cubs video, it just takes too long to open, it’s still on the black screen. It works for a while but it’s like on and off when I close the app and reopen it. It’s just not working properly. Yes, it does happen with the wifi and cellular network connected as well. I also contacted you guys last month and went through a bunch of instructions through email for a whole week and none of it work. The person told me most weren’t having the same problems i’ve been having and that maybe it was my router and that I should contact my internet provider. They said there was no problem there. I reset all settings, I restarted my iPhone, i’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it so many times, I did every single thing possible so many times. Guys, please I love this app so much. I need it badly. There’s literally nothing else wrong with the app other than the Cubs transactions page which shows nothing but blank & most importantly, the issues with videos that I explained. Please I beg you ???, I just want you guys to please to fix this. There’s clearly something wrong. I even tried downloading the mlb app in dad’s phone just to see if the same issues were happening to his iPhone and unfortunately, yes it is. Please I beg you. Thank you ??????
