I’m grateful they fixed several problems, including their ad spots. Unfortunately, they’ve added a new bug in doing so - it doesn’t work on CarPlay. Please fix it.

This app used to be great! Had so many features and worked smoothly. But Al season long from the very beginning it has been glitching and not working right. Am very disappointed. This used to be the greatest app to use and has become one of the worst. I hope changes are made to fix these issues.

When the MLB decided to join the Cancel Culture by moving the 2020 All Star Game from Atlanta to Denver they lost me, and thousands of others, as a fan. I cannot support any organization that would make it harder to vote, and easier to cheat. The MLB app has been removed from my mobile devices, and the TV package that I had through my Internet provider has been canceled. Hopefully MLB will apologize to the people of Georgia and the United States for their knee jerk actions. When they do, thousands of loyal fans will return.

Bad resolution, inexplicably crashes and logs me out. Pretty disappointing. Been a customer for years.

One of the recent app updates instituted really obnoxious ads that distract from the user experience. Can’t stand it anymore.

I pay $25 a season for this app and now I have to look at Ads?! This is ridiculous. If it were free, I could understand seeing ads, but there’s no reason to show ads to people who’ve paid for the app. As a fan, I’m am sick of being treated like an irrelevant, mindless consumer. I don’t come to MLB for politics, virtue signaling, or advertisements, yet the content—that I’m slowly starting to care less and less about—is continually obfuscated by all this crap that NOBODY cares about. MLB is bleeding fans and their response is to make the dopes who stick around deal with a bunch of ads? I’m hard pressed to think of an organization that is more out of touch with its fanbase than MLB. The players and fans deserve better.
