Please let users set game times for our own time zones… I don’t like that it’s defaulted to Eastern time for playoff game times. Update** Got a developer response said time zones based on phone settings… well, my phone is set to central time zone and the app worked fine for regular season games. I wish I could post a screen shot of app screen where it says “All Times Eastern” under the post season tab where games/times are listed.
You already get to show me ads when I’m watching games through the app. Now I have to see them when reading news and checking scores? Ridiculous money grab, MLB.
Half the time doesn’t even connect to the TV from my phone. Very hit or miss, no pun intended
I recently purchased app to be able to watch post season games. App is requesting to sign in I to my tv provider account in order to do so. I would not have payed for app if that would be the case. I just want a refund.
It never loads on the first try. And then it cuts out over and over. Have to restart app. Click. Click. Click. Shouldn’t be that hard to listen. ETA: I don’t need real time support. I need you to fix the app.
It’s improved throughout the season, and they removed the ads before radio broadcasts.
Game starts at 1:20 for example and from at least 12:50 on it will say “warmup”…When does it start? Usually ‘warmup’ is the ten minutes before the 7:10 start but you never really know
Android version of this app is insanely better. No ads on videos when your subscribed to mlb.tv. You can see bench players when looking the box score. When looking at all plays, you can switch between listed pitch sequence to pitch locations from previous hitters and it feels like that list goes on
Along with the app regressing in functionality and reliability over the years, now they’re sticking annoying banner ads into the interface, even if you’re paying $120+ a year for the subscription.
Be aware that you are paying for regular season games only. Once the Postseaason starts you wont be able to watch any game using the MLB.Tv app, but they keep charging you.
