I have had this app for years enjoying MLB, but since there is no baseball I called for a refund for my app. They told me they would not refund my $115.99!! I paid my hard earned money to be able to watch MLB baseball thru Apple iTunes. I contacted both and neither one would refund my money. Now I’m paying for a worthless app, paying for a service they can’t provide!! I hope the developer and Apple are wearing their masks because I have been ROBBED!! Will not purchase this app or any other again!!

Be nice if the audio feeds could be turned up. I have to run whatever device I’m using in darn near the highest setting to make it audible. I change to any other source like the radio or any app and blow my eardrums out if I don’t turn the volume way back before switching.

this app is amazing. As a baseball fan it's got everything I need. But can you bring park audio back?thanks.

I pay for the audio. On high speed WiFi—doesn’t work. I press the Dodger game, and no audio will load. It shows the radio station that it is supposed to be feeding from, and nothing happens. Another game, and there is no Dodgers feed available. If I want to listen to Milwaukee, that is available, but not the team that I am paying MLB for!

Now that baseball will cancel, wish it had not auto renewed my subscription. Would like my money back. Not the apps fault, it is a good app. But money for nothing is bad after losing your job and get nothing in return. I will change stars if it happens.

Be nice to get a refund since we all paid and are now getting nothing in return.

They refuse to pay minor league players during this pandemic, so I will boycott everything MLB. Please join me, as this is an ethical crisis!

I attempted to send feedback via the website form, but it limits me to 300 characters, so I’m writing this in hopes the dev team will read it. First of all, the app itself is great. There’s a few UI changes I would make, but overall it’s a great app. The problem I have is CarPlay doesn’t work correctly. I have to fumble around with my phone while it it plugged into my car and start an audio stream, and then I usually have to re-sign into my account before it will work. Sometimes it takes two or three attempts. Not that CarPlay matters at the moment since MLB is indefinitely suspended, but it would be nice if it could be fixed before baseball starts up again. Also, why were the Classic Games taken away?? I noticed last year a lot of previously available classic games were no longer available, particularly the older games, but there were still some more recent games. Now this year there are no classic games at all available. Please bring them back! Especially because there isn't any baseball now and I still paid for a full year of MLB.tv. Being able to watch classic games would sure help tide me over until the season can start again. One last thing, it would be great if more than one game could be streamed at a time on mobile devices — or at least on tablets — like you can do on PCs and Apple TV. Thanks for your consideration.

Trying to reach them is impossible. The app crashes randomly and no one cares. I used to work for them pre-big-internet and they’re attitude has always been “We are Major League Baseball. We don’t really care-so why should a subscription app capable of bringing in tons of Baseball buck$ matter? Fans? Hah! Seriously?? We’ve been here for over a century...” so that’s what I smell...
