Fix the sound

Fix the sound on video replays, radio, live tv broadcasts. I do not pay you guys all this money for a malfunctioning app. I want it fixed.

MLB refuses to make a way to opt out without opting out of actual mlb news. I've opened numerous support cases and they do not fix. News flash. DiMaggio got 56 and went hit less. I don't need updates about this!

Missing some features

I use this app to stay current with my club (go Cubs go), but when I listen to the game through the app, I sometimes get notifications before the play is called. I know I can turn them off, but that defeats the purpose. I also get notifications to events, I tap the notification, but there is no story posted about the notification. I wish that could be fixed .

Crash!

App crashes after 30 seconds in to live feed.... Doesn't matter if it's the iPad or iPhone version or if it's on various wifi networks do LTE 4G..... Update please!!

DiMaggio alerts are unbearable

Fix this issue. Make a way for me to opt out of "Classic news" or "DiMaggio" specifically. It isn't news. Quit trying to tell me it is. News flash: He got 56. Get over it. EXTREMELY unresponsive tech support to fix the decision some dimwit @ HQ made.

Abuse of notifications

No apparent respect for the user. Papa slam notifications, Cut4 notifications even though I supposedly turned them off, and TheStreak notifications every single day that I can't turn off if I also want MLB news. Why on earth...

When I try to stream a game from the MLB network it plays for 30 seconds and then freezes and never unfreezes. MLB at bat told me to uninstall and reinstall the app which I did multiple times and still freezes on my iPad and iPhone.

I spent $20.00 for At Bat yearly for my iPad, plus $90.00 to watch my Pirates yearly. Get this, on my iPad each & every time I want to see my Pirates(I live in Virginia, BTW), a location error message pops up, or a Verifying location pops up, which takes forever to decide if I'm in the right location to view a Pirates game! Basically, it's the classic runaround from MLB At Bat! It gets better. On my laptop, & desktop computer I can log onto MLB.com, through my Facebook account, & all is good to watch my Pirates without any error messages, or verifying location messages popping up! So I basically wasted $20.00 on At Bat, which I'll never do again!!

Video/Highlights From Games

Poor video. When I miss a game I like to watch the highlights. I do not know what is wrong, but at different times and this occurs often, the video highlights does not play and I always see a black screen. It is really annoying! Please fix this problem.
