It needs a lot of work. I still get days where I have “no data”, when I know that it was working the day before. I go for walks and it says that I didn’t do anything, the steps don’t get counted. I really love my Ray, I don’t want a big stupid looking smart watch. Fix the problem please! Update: I finally had to give up on Misfit. If it’s going to say “no data” all the time, even after I’ve tried everything possible to fix it myself, than what’s the point. You lost my business. I will go elsewhere. Your devices are inaccurate and a rip off.
The most difficult APP

This App is so frustrating. If I hit Device it send me to a page to buy a swimming app for $9.99, and the only way I can get out of it is to uninstall the entire App then lose any saved stats! And why can’t I add my food intake in the App? I have to go to a completely different App that won’t sync to the Misfit App, so this is very frustrating. The FitBit App just did it All on one App. And, why can’t it just log steps? Why the points? I like the watch, be the fitness tracker APP needs revamping completely. Or, some easy to follow directions, why do I need to download numerous Apps and complete a new sign in, password over and over ?

Great watch/fitness tracker for basic movement. The Activity types need serious updating. Circuit training, weightlifting and Spin options are relevant to today’s fitness crowd. I like the accessory straps that are interchangeable to dress up the watch. I’ll be watching for an App update for more Activity options!

I will give it a 5 star just if in the app notifications it has snapchat I use Snapchat on a daily basis to talk with my friends and I am always looking on my phone to see if there is a Snapchat notification and having my ray tell me will be a very helpful thing

I see the app hasn’t been updated in over a year, and to say it’s been working poorly these past few months (as of June 2019) - would be an understatement! I got my Shine when they first launched via Kickstarter, and have worn it daily ever since. Love the look, the lightweight material and unobtrusive design... but the app isn’t syncing properly anymore, I can’t make features work that USED to work (like choosing my activity such as cycling to steps to swimming, and/or syncing to other apps). I guess they’ve abandoned the app, if not shut down the company entirely. What a shame! This was truly a great device! And as usual Apple doesn’t let people know when an app is defunct, or if a company is just gone altogether. I really hope nobody buys anymore Misfit devices if they’re actually closed down (their website hasn’t worked in a week now). Now what will we do? More crap to throw into the landfill? So disappointed! I loved the waterproof feature, the sleep tracking, AND the ability to change activity on the fly. Who else does that, at THIS price point? Nobody.

This app works perfectly! I have only had it for about three days and I am already getting much better sleep than usual. You can set sounds to help you sleep and it puts me to sleep in minutes! I just wish that there was an easier way to connect my Flash to the app. You have to re-connect to Bluetooth every time you want to see how many more steps you got. But overall, this is a five star app!

Works so well I just love it I can always depend on it as long as I put on my ankle I get on my steps I have a Speedo shine I never take it off I’ve tried the rest misfit IS the best !!!!
