Big fail with latest app update

Update 9/2 - Update app to latest verification, but it still doesn’t sync with the Misfit servers, and by extension any third party apps. Customer service has not been helpful in the least. Got a tracker so I can earn a reduction in my health insurance premium, but the current state of the app renders the tracker useless. Going on a month with no fix, time to look for a new tracker! ORIGINAL REVIEW: App doesn’t keep record of steps or add steps together properly anymore. I walked quite a bit yesterday. App showed multiple activities (as it should) but the combined steps taken from those activities did not add to what the app was showing. Now it shows I only took 950 steps yesterday! It should have been well over 10,000. This app syncs to others for a reduction in my health insurance premiums, so this needs ti be fixed ASAP!!
Not good for swimming

It works well except for tracking swimming. If maybe tracks 10% of the times that I swim.
Speedo shine 2 no longer counts laps...

After updating, my speedo shine 2 no longer counts laps... only reason I wear this thing is the lap counting.

Won’t let you edit your activity. Flags it as soccer and then you don’t have any info on miles/steps.

Using my Misfits has helped me to keep motivated to hit and surpass my goal each day! The tracker is helping me to get my exercise in each day while going through chemo. I’m usually great staying active but with the tracker I know what I do each day!

I have owned a misfit ray for over 4 years now and I love it! I love that it tracks my sleep and my activity, I love the improvements on the app. I love that it’s not bulky or cumbersome. I absolutely love it!!!

I have been waiting for them to get their act together their stuff together the mess together I don’t know how to put it I still am not being able to see that I have have any friends to track both of us together it’s showing that I haven’t synced for three weeks or four weeks when I just did it’s just not right it should be fixed by now

Rewarding to hit my activity goals. As an entrepreneur i do not have set schedule, i can tell when i am tired or rested but the tracker shows me the quality of sleep pattern and reminders -get more sleep - long term health and fitness body mind is important to me- the misfit is easy and people love the look, especially when i sync or check the time! Probably sold a bunch of them for the company.
Connectivity Issues

I have my Misfit connected to My Fitness Pal, but the data is not getting transmitted. MFP says it is Misfit’s job to transmit the data. So as much as I like the app, I would like this issue to be fixed.
Misreads Sleep

For the last few weeks, the app is recording sleep when I’m not sleeping. In the past, I could delete these instances, but now I always get an error that the app is syncing - even though it’s not. I used to love my Shine. Now, not so much. I’ve tried to contact the company twice, but no one has responded. I’m really disappointed.
