Works when it wants to

dispicable app

For years this app has been temperamental. Now it is only working on my daughter’s phone, but unfortunately we are going home tomorrow and I won’t be able to use the app on my phone.

I have been using this app for several weeks and it’s very unpredictable in its behavior. There are times it simply doesn’t register any activity. Now it’s stuck in syncing mode under activities and shows no data. You can’t navigate away from that page. Attempting to do so results in a crash. I’ve restarted the app and the phone but the syncing mode persists. At this point it’s a useless battery drainer.

What wrong??

App hasn’t been working for a couple of days. Screen just stays frozen in whatever it opened to. What gives??

Won't get past syncing

This version can't even get past the syncing when you open it. After about a minute of trying to sync it closes out and never did the sync. Will have to find another app to work with Apple watch as this one won't work at all.

Good functionality, some UI shortcomings

The app works quite well, accomplishing the activities needed to implement the product’s features. No real complaints. However, the UI design has a number of limitations. - small fonts and low contrast make many screens difficult to use. There’s no reason to have a stylistic decision trump core usability. - some interesting features (e.g., button configuration) are so buried you need to expend serious effort to find them) - a minor point, goal setting seems a bit arbitrary being limited to points. It would be better to allow people to choose points, steps, or distance. Thank you for a good product; I hope to see an enhanced UI/UX soon.

Stopped Working

Is anyone else experiencing this issue. I try to uninstall and reinstall the app, but it still not working. I turned my phone on and off, and it still not working. Any suggestions?
