Not Working

It has been discounting steps for some time. I know because my phone tracks steps, too. It also has been messing up on little things like saying it updated 13 hours ago when I just updated. The sleep tracking is always wrong, btw Today it actually began taking away steps after it was recorded. It isn’t working properly. I’m not sure they’re really maintaining the app or device anymore. If you’re thinking about buying it, I’d suggest looking for something else.
Big fail with latest app update

App doesn’t keep record of steps or add steps together properly anymore. I walked quite a bit yesterday. App showed multiple activities (as it should) but the combined steps taken from those activities did not add to what the app was showing. Now it shows I only took 950 steps yesterday! It should have been well over 10,000. This app syncs to others for a reduction in my health insurance premiums, so this needs ti be fixed ASAP!!

New update and since then it hasn’t worked right. Not getting credit for steps. Not able to switch between a Ray and a Shine. Pathetic! Every time they update there are problems and I beginning to wonder if they ever do beta testing or just release and wait for people to get mad and switch. I’m a huge fan of Misfit but not their IT department.

Major Issues with Ray

I have had a Ray since the first week they were released and it has worked “fairly” well through the years. But now, I can’t change position of Ray in app (always switches back to wrist) or edit my sleep (says it’s still syncing even after 30 minutes). It also no longer tracks steps correctly- will deduct during the day. PLEASE FIX this for Ray! Have been loyal customer for over 3 years and deserve a working product!!

After the update no longer syncs properly. Doesn’t track sleep properly and won’t let me edit the times. I use this through my health insurance. Please fix.

Tried to edit sleep time, continually tells me that I am unable to edit until it finishes syncing, might take up to a minute. 5, 10, 15 minutes later same message. Everytime.

The primary reason I bought another shine was to be able to syn it with my Weight Watchers program. I have not seen any steps or time syn from my Misfit to my WW app. Getting useable assistance has been futile in the past. Less than happy.
