buy 3 products and never came, try to communicate with customer service and left me waiting 8 months have passed and I still do not see the return of my money or a serious answer, I really feel cheated and stolen by this application.

I’ve ordered many many times with great results. Nice products. Today I discovered that my free shipping was changed to expedited shipping and more than doubled the total of the order. I immediately cancelled the order. But, the reply said it would take 24hrs for response. In the meantime PayPal has paid the order. So now I’m dealing with two parties. Very frustrating since there are no voices to speak to.

I just placed order everything said free shipping when in 24 hours but when I went to pay it it said only free shipping in 10+ days so giving 3 stars right now

I ordered 3 items on the 20th of August and I'm still waiting for them to be delivered. The site says it 'ships in 24 hours' my order didn't ship till September 3rd. I am not pleased with this.

Tricky app and company!!! More than 40 days waiting for my order (they said 10-20 business days), plus 2 returns done (pictures look better and not like the actual product). Functions to complain, contact and review simply shutdown the app. Be careful shopping here!!!

If you order something from this web site and expect its arrival within days forget it. It takes weeks for it to arrive. They do have reasonable pricing on loads of items but getting the product takes way too long. You almost forget what you ordered and when you ordered it.

This app has all sorts of interesting knick-knacks for sale at pretty cheap prices but I ordered about 3 things last month and there's absolutely no way for me to even know if my item was ever truly shipped and I have an even more unlikely chance of tracking it's whereabouts. I order from AliExpress and eBay a lot and I'm used to things taking 30+ days to getting me, but I'm usually given a China Post Tracking number from those sellers. It doesn't matter how cool the items are, I won't be shopping from the site/app again in the future.
