I ordered items at 7th of this month today is 21 and the order is still processing I understand that it states processing time is 4-5 but not 2 whole weeks I issued ticket no response I wanna have the items but this is too much I can’t trust if I can order for Black Friday offers

This app and company used to by good now they charge 50% more that before. Before there was free shipping now there isn’t. I was there customer for a long time. Not any longer. I don’t see the point of paying more than what I would pay in my local store.

I read one of your unhappy customers and feel the same. I ordered a iPhone 8 glass protector and was sent some other size instead. Why was I sent a different size if I specifically specified for an iPhone 8? ?


10 Days still no refund

I place an order with this company then found the item elsewhere. I canceled the order before the item shipped or was even processed. They took the money from my account and after 8 back and forth messages with their customer service I still have no refund. They keep saying it will be refunded but still have not done so.

The items on the website has great prices but it doesn’t make sense for the shipping to be so slow after they get paid.

The app is great, however customer service is terrible. I’ve been shipped the wrong items a number of times and basically get told that it’s my problem that I received a wrong item. After the latest interaction all rewards points disappeared from my account as if in retaliation for requesting a replacement or refund.

I was attracted to your store because it offered “no shipping on orders over $25”, so I had created an order for $48 and change.
