I originally found out about Mini in the Box a few years ago. When I tried it out I had some problems with delivery and timing. I left it alone and in December I decided to try it out again. I purchased a few items, and I knew it would take a while for it to be delivered because it was 1. Holiday season, 2. Coming from overseas, and 3. Free shipping . With that being said, I was patient. Towards the end of February I became a bit concerned because I hadn't received anything, so I emailed customer service. They sent me a prompt response saying they apologize and will send the products out again. So I sat back and waited some more. Fast forward to the present ... It's MAY ! 5 whole months from the time I made my original purchase. I don't care where anything is coming from it doesn't take 5+ months to deliver it! So I go back on the app to email them, and the order had been completely erased from my purchase history! SCAM ALERT! But the ones that I had made a few years ago were there. So I had to use the one from years ago to email customer service. And when I did I got the same generated message I got in February. At this point I'm just irritated and over it, I paid my money for something, and I don't have anything so they essentially robbed me. If you wanna buy cheap items from overseas, go to AliExpress . You'll actually receive your items.

Seems to be a Rip Off Site! SHAM COMPANY!!!I never got my stuff! They changed my password so no further correspondence. Next I will have to resolve with credit card company. Warning B0OGUS SITE!

Items come empty or dried up and unusable. And the email spam in absolutely ridiculous!!! Deleting app and never returning!!!

For starters, DO NOT give them your actual e-mail. They set you up on a spam list and there is no way to contact them to remove yourself from their spam list. Secondly, as you can see from other reviews, this company is unreliable for even delivering products. This is another Asian company looking to scam people. This is what you get with communism.

Very very pleased with this app! I have had no issues with they app, just my post office. Everything showed up and was perfect!

I have used this app upon using it I seen it has been a great place to buy your essential needs I give them them a great star rating upon them having (for me) a great customer service they fixed a problem immediately after 2 or so your where I purchased the same items twice they also offer faster shipping it's a bliss to use them

I love it! Fabulously easy to get around! Amazon could learn a thing! I need a place where I can find thousands of one thing! Great selections can be easily accessed with this app on my iPad Mini. Oh the power! Well done and thx.
