I ordered twice from Mini in the Box. They are not the cheapest, but their goods appear to have better quality than other shops. Delivery is fast if the order is more than $50.

Only use to find cool items but else where

I’ve used this app a few times and each time something bad would happen. The first time I ordered something that took about a month to get to me( I like in NY) and another time it charged me for a shipping fee I didn’t even choose costing me $40 instead of what I was supposed to pay for ($15) Never using this app to buy anything again Update: I’ve ordered something on February 19 and it is currently March 22 and I haven’t gotten anything, also trying to talk to someone about this is terrible cause they are very hard to reach

I made a purchase via this app in November and over two months later I have still not received my items. When I contacted the company on several occasions all they would do is tell me to keep waiting. Tracking shows the package still in China with no movement since December 5 so either it's lost it is a scam. They won't refund my money so I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. In my opinion I think ? that mini in the box is a great app for people on the go they have nice phone cases and more and I really enjoy this app especially when I am bored and looking for something new
