I ordered an item that was suppose to be here in three days. Turns out , I waited one month and it still didn’t get to me. Now I ask for a refund and they told me that it would go to credit with them and said if I want my refund that I have to put in for a account refund. I’ve looked and looked and I do not see anything like that on this app. I don’t know if it’s a scam or they make it hard to get your cash back. Well I don’t like it and it seems I’m out of $84.79. So don’t use this app unless your rich and got money to burn. ?

I ordered three cases and when it came time to ship it they took one off and didn’t give me a refund and when I ordered something else another case went out of stock and they said they were gonna refund me 3 dollars and took my order off even though I spent over 40 dollars

I’m still chasing after them about refund after 3 months of an order that never shipped out! There’s no way to trace down this company! You are throwing your money in a black hole!

If I could Rate 0 Stars I would,Bad Customer Service, No response from Customer Service to help me identify wether or not my case is being delivered here... it was said I was supposed to receive my item 4-8 business days, nothing in the mail box,terrible business I want my money back

I ordered a product and it said the processing time would take 1-3 days so I waited and my item still hasn’t processed. So when I contacted customer service and asked for a refund I clearly stated that I found a better price on amazon and wanted a refund because the item wasn’t being processed in time. When they contacted me back they completely ignored my request and told me to wait longer for my item to be processed.

Still not received on the 4th week, have used other companies all over the map, only this company no show for 4 weeks, c'mon... the 5 star reviews have to be employees, if you have not used them yet, .....don't, impossible to get help.
