Once again, no updates as new iOS is introduced. Bluetooth calling has stopped functioning properly. App is good when it works but unfortunately, it often does not.

It used to track my mileage and consumption, now it doesn’t do anything but guess, is not even sync with the car anymore.
Worst App Ever - Frustrating

It rarely ever plays music. I fiddle and try things again and again. I wish there was an alternative. I guess it’s true that a ‘hardware’ company focused on physical engineering can’t do software.

This has to be one of the worst applications for cars. Hyundai’s app blows this one out of the water. I expected a lot more from BMW/Mini. Hopefully it will be reworked sooner than later.

Looks like the bare minimum was done to make this app compatible for iPhone X screen sizes. Would love to see this app truly redesigned to better accommodate the additional screen real estate these phones provide.
Fix the find mate feature please

The find mate feature has never worked properly after one year and several Sets of find mate tags. I pair the tags to the app and after a while they disassociate with each other. I repair several times and no luck. I’ve left several reviews here and in the app itself but no fix yet?? I don’t understand why this isn’t being fixed?!? Please explain. Better yet. Please fix it. It is a great feature to have but it needs to work properly!!

Painful app to use!
The darn app is down more than its up. Support is none existent. Latest update crashed the entire app and now it won’t run at all on my iPhone. Tried 4 times to contact support and had better luck talking to the wall. Seriously wish I opted for something different. And there is no remote start feature. Who in the world has an app that doesn’t remote start these days. Hello..... it’s 2019!!!
alexa features not working on a new 2020 JCW

still not working. 1/6/2020. just got my new 2020 JCW Countryman and can it get alexa to work. paired and connected amazon accounts. car says i need to reconnect. tried a dozen times but not working. fix asap please!
