Works for my 2019 JCW Countryman, this app just isn’t as nicely polished in my opinion as other car apps from other manufacturers. That being said it gets the job done and functions.

The gps only logs when the vehicle’s motor is once parked. If the driver starts a trip, you never know it until the car is parked again. You also can’t see the routes that are taken. There are lots of inexpensive gps told that give you so much more. I’m disappointed that bmw couldn’t provide the state of the art teach and apps.

This app has problems. Can’t get pass the create a passcode screen. What’s wrong with this thing?

Can’t track while driving.

Can’t track while car is moving, only when the car start or stop. And find mate fob keep disappearing from the app and have to add again. Please add Apple Watch app to unlock or lock the doors! When I go to surfing I want control the doors with Apple Watch. Add Siri Shortcuts for unlock and lock the car.

I got as far as sending a confirmation email, and when I tapped on that link, it says an unexpected error has occurred. Now my email is unavailable for registration.
