alexa features not working on a new 2020 JCW – MINI Connected Review

still not working. 1/6/2020. just got my new 2020 JCW Countryman and can it get alexa to work. paired and connected amazon accounts. car says i need to reconnect. tried a dozen times but not working. fix asap please!
