Crashes

Use to find the app very useful. But now it crashes every time I use it. Have deleted and reinstalled 3 times in last two days
Basically the app stopped working

Using it to remote ventilate - starting today it worked once and now just shows as “failed” each time. Has also progressively got less reliable for music streaming- oh yeah and CarPlay never worked - have had it since last November.

Worked OK, recently stopped connecting. Tried different iPhone cables. Not a cable problem.

Never worked! Every time I synchronized my tag (the little device that you attached to the key or purse, etc) it disappeared. It works only for a few hours. After I use the car and engine is off, I checked in the app and it is not there. It is very frustrating. Please FIX IT

When this app works it’s just OK, but when it doesn’t, and that happens more than it should, it’s very annoying. Come on BMW give us an impressive app that works everyday. Not asking for much.

App says you have to call BMW to work. BMW people say go to the app. Endless loop.
Please fix it.

After last update lost info tab. Can’t access horn, lights, locks. It worked before. No data about oil, tires, and device available.
