l love this app!!! I’ve only had it for like 10 days and I already feel myself getting way more in touch with what I’m feeling, and why. Not just a “have you been depressed in the past 2 weeks?” More like someone to talk to. Way specific and helpful. Thanks ♥️♥️♥️

actually insanely helpful

I have Bipolar 2, so I initially got the app to track my moods. If you are consistent and write notes and answer the questions every day, the results at the end are really, really helpful. Plus, it makes it easy to see if there are any trends in your behaviors or moods. They even give you suggestions as to what potential “ailment” you may have (sorry i didn’t have a better word lol) or what areas you struggle the most in. For example, they’ve told me that I have had most of my struggles with my intensely fluctuating mood, as well as struggles with my body image and eating. They explained what an eating disorder is and potential signs and things I may want to consider looking into or reaching out for help for. It’s all very helpful and quite accurate as I’ve already been diagnosed with an eating disorder about 3 years ago. Highly recommend

Almost impossible to cancel

The app is pretty good but after having it for almost a year i dcifed to cancel it. Trying to get a link or phone number to cancel the subscription serms impossible. I still havent found a way after checkng 2 of their websites, the app itself, and the app store i have yet to be able to cancel it!

This app may need a shorter wait

Disappointing

I’ve used this app for a while now, and about a year ago It switch to having almost all of its content pay-to-access. I understand the need to make money but the app is almost useable now, even though it’s marketed as free. With an app intended to help people this just feels wrong and heartless. Definitely will be looking into alternatives.

Just be up front that your app is in app purchases.

Can't get past the emotions screen

usmc_devil_bitch

I have made selections under pleasant and unpleasant, as well as typing in the box what I'm thinking about. Every time I click save it reopens the keyboard and takes me back to "what are you thinking about." I don't actually know how I feel about the app because I can't try it out.
