Lost Progress

mes1563

I have been using MindDoc for over a year now and my favorite feature was being able to look back at how my moods have changed. However it just randomly deleted all of my data and I am no longer able to see any of it. Very Disappointed

Great support staff

Djenejekenr

I recently posted a 3 star review because i didnt get a result for my 2 weeks, and the support staff came through. They saw my review, commented respectfully and helpfully, and took care of the matter. The results are now in the app and are viewable on my side. However, please try to fix this in the app so that this doesn’t happen again, and ensure that notifications go through whenever your bar turns red would be super helpful. :)

Great, but there’s been an issue

Padmé2002

I’ve been using this app for a while with no issues, but lately every time I open the app, it logs me out and I have to log back in. It makes it hard to stay in touch with my emotions at the moment, as I have to click several buttons before getting to the questions. If there’s a solution, I would greatly appreciate it.

Every few months this app erases all my past data and makes me start over. Which is ridiculous when I go over it with my therapist. This app also doesn’t take personality disorders into consideration or that you could have one off day. Answers for an insight period with all good had one day where I wasn’t and then it was like hey maybe you need help.

10/10

I’ve used this app for about a year now and it’s really helped me track my mood throughout the day, week, and even months. All you have to do is answer a series of personalized questions three times a day and you get results in 2 weeks. Throughout the 2 week period before you get the main results, it also gives you ways of helping your current mood. It also has articles you can read on improving different mental disorders, practicing mindfulness, etc. As this app is personalized, it can help you with anything from depression and anxiety to eating disorders and insomnia. I personally use it to help with my depression, so it gives me tips on how to manage sadness such as finding something I liked during the day, or something good that happened and focusing on that. I would recommend this app to anyone, 10/10.

lost all progress

nim ?

I’ve been using this apps for months now and today I suddenly lost all of my progress logging my depression so I could show someone and get help. Not a single entry is filled in anymore after MONTHS and everything has been erased. I did not delete the app at all, everything just suddenly disappeared and now there’s a paywall telling me I cannot access all of my records suddenly?! That’s disgusting to do to someone who’s used it so long and relied on it for the promise of having proof to get literal mental help for suicide issues and everything else. For an app that preaches getting help for these issues, you sure know how to make one want to kill themselves even more. Thank you.

Pay to play…

Suddenly changed to needing a subscription to see past data, that we previously had access to. I hear much better things around other moodtrackers and will be deleting this and checking those out.

Recent bugs

Fajita Shark

I think this app is very helpful and I’ve been using it for a long time but recently I’ve run into some bugs where it skipped reporting a whole two week period after me answering enough questions for it and then as I type my comment sometimes the little box doesn’t get any bigger or doesn’t let me see the words that I’m typing and then if I submit a journal entry it’s not always guaranteed that it’s going to show up and save and this is the first time I ran into these problems

First review on an application ever but well deserved

Enasbat

Great application, ever time it surprises me. Different than all other mental health application. It seems like they tried all sections and got feedback about every section then made the app. My go to to relax or meditate or know what to do

Repeatedly asked to sign in

WokeListener

I’m tired of signing in every day. I finally made an account after repeatedly being prompted to sign in repeatedly, but I shouldn’t have to keep doing it. This app has been helpful for tracking my depression but it’s becoming a nuisance.
