Notifications don’t work

Noellebetk

Decent overall but the notifications to remind me to answer questions/track my mood haven’t worked lately no matter what settings I try, so kind of pointless

Great App - One recommendation

Jarste96

Minddoc has really helped me a lot through a lot of difficult times and it’s a great app overall :) But I have one recommendation. I think there should be an option to pick how many questions we want at a time. I mostly use the app for emotion-tracking and answering 7 questions at a time takes forever. I just wanna get to the emotions. It used to be three questions at a time which I think was the sweet spot. 7 questions is fine as a default but there should at least be an option to lower it if we want

Great app, reminds me to check in on myself.

MindDoc reminds me to take time to step back and really evaluate how I feel throughout the day. I feel myself becoming more mindful.

Needs updates

It’s good to help keep track of mental health but I wish it had more option for “how are you feeling” I find that the options are too limited

I love it and still love it

I had a very deep empty pain in my tommy one night and couldn’t sleep, came upon this app while trying to download free movie apps.you just have something to put all your feelings and mood on without judgement or turn offs. Given the fact that Therapy is so expensive and underrated in Nigeria.

No Supporrt

Del1134

App worked for several weeks but the app has not been able to connect to its server for over 2 weeks now. I cannot access my information or answer any new questions. I have emailed support twice and received no reply. App has been deleted off my phone, I don’t recommend paying as I have no idea how I will get a refund for my now useless subscription.

Mindfulness!

Sier?

I downloaded this app about a week now and I have to say it’s not invasive and it’s extremely nice to use. Generally I forget about using apps to help with my mental state, but it has been useful for helping me regulate some bad emotions lately. I’m thankful for that.

Love this app!

IHateTuba

I’ve been using this app for roughly 2 years now, and it has definitely been an amazing asset to my mental health journey. This app lets me track my moods, emotions, and activities, AND gives me feedback on my emotional well-being based on my moods and question answers. This is all just from the free version of the app! Sometimes with chronic mental illness, it can be difficult to decipher when you’re starting to decline, but this app allows me to see the trends of my moods and it warns me when my emotional state starts to trend in a specific direction. This also helps me keep track of how my medications are working over time. Definitely one of the best apps I’ve ever downloaded!

Great starting point

The questions are helpful if your just getting started. Once you have a solid idea what’s going on with you, the questions aren’t needed. Highly recommend for new journal needs. Past that, there are apps that have better analytics built in and offer more customization.

Overall Happy

I love that this app allows me to visualize my mood cycles and that with the subscription I can add my own descriptive words and phrases to describe how I’m feeling. My only complaint is that is frequently says there’s no internet connection and to try using the app again later, when all of my other apps and web browsers are working. You have to input all of your data again, including journal entries which is really annoying and can reduce the amount of data collected. Otherwise, it’s a very useful tool if you’re trying to see patterns in your moods!
