Slow clap

MikesterAZ

I just downloaded this and it seems OK, I can’t really give an informed review of the various choices but was immediately striking me as a really sneaky is how the free trial is only seven days long, but the initial assessment is 14 days of data collection through the app, so there’s no way to even get to the point where I can begin settling into whatever recommendation at plans on making in two weeks without paying at the end of the first week. For an app designed by a clinical psychologists you would think they would understand that compulsive spending is a symptom of mania and not to set up weird dilemmas like that.

Great app with one flaw

6:)4:5dydyddufucuuyctcgsg

I love this app because of how simple it is and how helpful it can be. Logging my emotions and feelings in addition to my responses to questions is great, but there is one big issue that has been bothering me with this app. Lately, I seem to have to log in to the app every other day on average. This wasn't an issue previously, but it is really annoying to go to answer my questions and have to log in every time even though I might have already logged in earlier that day. There is seemingly no reason or pattern behind this issue, but it is the main reason that I am not giving it 5 stars yet. UPDATE: The devs responded saying they would fix the login issue, but even after the latest update, it still keeps happening.

It WAS great until the October 2021 update

Not a clever nick

I get your need to make money from the app, and therefore only allow a month’s data viewable. But it’s also losing days of inputs on a continual basis. I’ve recorded faithfully since 01 October 2021 but only can see the last four days of my record. Damned shame. The app was useful and is worse than useless now.

Good App, New Paywall restricts

Despicable Bear Lover

I used to love the app and took a break for a bit, then when I came back, I couldn’t see my emotional history. That was one of my favorite parts and you shouldn’t have to pay for that. Best app alternative is Bearable because it’s split in 4, accounts for medical and weather, and you can add your own parts without being charged.

I need a refund

I was charged 47.99 for a year but I changed it to the monthly plan. I will give a five star review if I can get my money back please

Free Version Results Unhelpful

hanploplo

I answered the questions for 15 days as the app says to do for results. The so called results only said to see a therapist. I assume most people downloading this app are hoping for help and already go to therapy/or know it is needed. The few courses available that I tried gave basic information about mental health that may help some ( I hope!) but were of no use to me. I hate to leave a bad review, but if you’re looking for help just know the results they advertise may be disheartening.

DO NOT GET- waste of time

bekahbear1

It started off really well and I could easily and I could accurately choose my moods and emotions because I had options. They changed it with no warnings and now I can’t even log my emotions properly. Tells you to spend $60-$80 to get a therapist that you might already have so therefore is essentially a useless app. They also reply to everyone with the same response saying they make it accessible to everyone which is why they kept the main features free but that’s not even true.

App

This app has actually been very helpful for me. Tried to sign up for therapy about a month ago & still waiting to hear anything. This app has checked in with me everyday & helped me overall to feel somewhat better about accomplishing things & keeping track of them.
