Okay for discounts

When trying to online shop or search for in store products the interface isn’t friendly. The back button is camouflaged and when you need to “see more” it’s covered up by the menu at the bottom. Not easy to search. ? It is helpful for using the discounts when you checkout in the store though. ?

I was so excited to get the Michaels app. But when I did, I couldn't even get it to open. Help!

I have used this often and find it very helpful. Would recommend a way to delete an item from my list without having to delete the entire list.

I can never get the app to work while I’m in the store and every time I try to sign into my rewards, I’m able to type in my information but I’m item me click sign in.
Love it overall!

I love this app and all the coupons and how my membership card barcode is located right on the app as well! My only issue is I misspelled my name by accident and I am not able to go back and change it.

I’ve reloaded the app as suggested by my clerk last night...seems this not working in the store is common but super frustrating! Glad to say works like a charm now!!!

This too is not about the app except could not find a place to e-mail. I purchased some storage that was signed as 50%off. I checked out & it rang up same price as in the shelf, which was 14.99. I ask the cashier she said probably just put in wrong spot. I came outside & called the store the “manager” said everything scanned at 50% off. The problem was it was incorrectly priced & I thought it was 50% off the price on the shelf. It was not % off of 14.00 it was priced off of 30.00. She said oh well , bring it back if you don’t want. Bad customer service!!!!!
Can't use the app since the last update

When will a new update be available? Ever since the last one, I can't use the app. I try to use the in store coupon and it will never load.
Requires too much info.

Coupon apps should be simple and undemanding. This is neither, which makes it just a data mining app. Also, its map function cannot physically direct you to a store, only show you a scrap of map that doesn't interact with navigation software to help you drive there.
