Stopped working

This camera stopped working completely after a few months. Prior to that, it was constantly saying “ SD card mounted successfully” for no apparent reason. Now the camera is offline and will not allow me to sign in. It did okay for the first few months, but I was hoping to get a longer use out of it.

Did they go out of business??

Had my camera 3 years and have had no problems until just recently. I cant sign in, cant connect it to wi-fi or iphone app, its like the app or web for it no longer exists. Camera light is on and nothing was changed. Tried "misafes.com" to contact company, just get error page. Very perturbed!! My rating for this just went from a 5 to a 2!!

I try to create a login and I just get the spinning wheel, then it stops spinning, then nothing. Worthless!

Worked perfectly up until a month ago. Now app won’t let me log in, won’t let me reset password. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. App doesn’t even try to log in. I have attempted logging in multiple times in the last two months. Can’t find any information to troubleshoot online.

I don’t know why this app has not been updated or fixed since the last time I used it, but I recently moved and have started trying to set it up. The app had no updates, so I had to delete and reinstall. Still does not allow me to log in, nor will it allow me to reset password. I submit my information, get the “processing” icon briefly, and then nothing else happens. What is the point of this purchase if I cannot any longer use it as intended? The merchant should offer refunds if they are not going to maintain the other half of the product. Absolutely ridiculous.

This app doesn’t work with the iPhone. I have the 8 and the app won’t even sign in on the iPhone.

Camera is Great but App doesn’t work

When the camera actually worked (first 2 months), it was awesome. But then all of a sudden it kicked me out of the app and it doesn’t allow me to log in anymore. I can’t even reset my password. I tried deleting and re-downloading the app which doesn’t help. The company also doesn’t offer any support with this issue, and I see now that a LOT of people have this exact problem. Very disappointing.
