I've had 3 separate issues with the camera. For some reason it will disconnect and on the app it will say no devices. When I try to reconnect the camera, it will go to the process but it won't connect. It's really frustrating. I really like using this camera but when this happens I can't use it at all. Please fix issue!!!

Camera does not have any consistency, can not rely on it. It goes off at any time. Doesn't work properly. Poor quality.. Don't wast your time & Money...

App software written with bad english and doesn't allow login credentials despite them having worked for over a month. They simply wash you from their network after a month of functionality, so it appears you are to blame China. The land that poisoned babies for profit brings us this fetid copy of the (nest brand design much more expensive). I am the moron here. Should have never bought it We patronize the cheaper products they flood our USA market with, I was so enraged at this pos I took hammer and smashed it. built by slaves and gets a zero for functionality.

Won't sync/recognize devices

Same as everyone else... it won't connect to my iphone or my iPad via the app. Green blinking light, great home wifi.... different outlets, reset, reset, reset. Nothing.....

I just so happened to stumble upon this camera on Amazon. Both APP and camera work great so far.

This app works great on my husbands phone (iPhone 5s) but is horribly glitchy on mine!! ( iPhone 6s ) makes no since at all ??? it pauses really bad and won't stay in time on mine no good reason why I would rate a five if it wasn't so bad

It is clear the app was developed by someone who doesn't speak English, and that is fine. Creates additional confusion but it's manageable. This camera does not work! It will work somewhat decent for a few weeks, but since we first set it up we cannot add additional devices to view the camera. Company never responds with any help whatsoever. The camera announces when someone is watching and it's scary when it announces it. Have noticed that someone else has been watching our camera when we are not the ones using it. Kind of terrifying knowing that someone somewhere is watching us in our home. Will be returning ASAP

For the past few hours me and my boyfriend have tried on two different iPhones to connect the camera to the Wi-Fi. We have great Wi-Fi connection so I don't know what the problem would be. There is no number to call so I just have to wait on an email I sent to customer service hours ago. I guess that's what I get for buying a $30 camera on Amazon
